What is counselling?
Counselling offers the opportunity to receive an impartial and empathic response to who you are. It is all about you.
Although it can be a tough process, over time this should lead to a less stressful and more fulfilling life. As time progresses you will have a different view of yourself, your relationships and quite possibly, the world. It is my hope that this will support you in being free to be more of who you are.
What happens next?
Step 1 - Initial contact This is an opportunity to make contact via email or telephone to understand what you are looking for from counseling and what I can provide.
Step 2 - Assessment: This is a face-to-face meeting which follows up on the initial contact. At this time we explore your situation in more depth, decide if we want to work together and agree on how our work might progress
Step 3 - Counselling sessions: These are weekly 50 minute sessions where we address your priorities. As the work is holistic other unconscious issues will come up during our work and we will give attention to these when they occur.
