I’d be honoured to help you to connect more to your inner world so that you can live a better, fuller, braver and less fearful life. That’s what good therapy can do.

Alongside training as a counsellor I have also undertaken mindfulness and therapeutic writing courses and practice these for myself and by leading workshops.

We’re all trying to remain sane and happy in a constantly changing and frantic world. In such times looking within ourselves can give us the resilience we seek. Find out more about
