Mindfulness is giving ourselves permission to be present in the moments of our lives, non-judgementally. We're so used to looking back and imagining future scenarios that we often miss what is happening now, the present. Would you like to include this in your session?

I’d be honoured to help you to connect more to your inner world so that you can live a better, fuller, braver and less fearful life. That’s what good therapy can do.

Alongside training as a counsellor I have also undertaken mindfulness and therapeutic writing courses and practice these for myself and by leading workshops.
