Life can be challenging and we all have difficulties at different times. There is no shame in asking for help and talking to someone who is skilled to support you.
When life becomes overwhelming or feels unreal it’s good to talk to a trained counsellor, in a safe non-judgemental space where your needs are a priority.
Life happens and we are affected. We can’t change what has happened but we can become more aware of our responses and in time we find a way through.

I hold a gentle and empathic space to help you explore what has brought you to this point and how your inner world is connecting to your lived experience. As you begin to know, understand and like yourself more you will feel empowered to make better decisions for yourself and those you care about.
When we avoid dealing with our they become chronic and we might become ill, in body or mind. It is far easier to address issues early than remain unhappy and allow things to spiral out of control.
How I work
My approach is integrative and transpersonal. This means we give attention to your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It can also be a space to reflect on the experience of living in a vulnerable human body with a soulful/spiritual dimension. You may have a spiritual practice, a faith or none – all are welcome and we meet where you are.
My role is to support you with the challenges in your life and an integrative approach allows me to use different skills to help you to go deep and also expand on your possibilities. We can use your imagination and any dreams to tap into your unconscious which may be directing your decisions. Archetypal psychology and the use of will are included as necessary.
I work with the whole person although, starting wherever you are. I believe we are all created beautifully and uniquely and life is about finding a space where we can express this comfortably. Counselling can help you to appreciate who you are, where you are, how you are and who you could be.
